If ever one day you felt neglected
No one to talk to and no one cared
Try standing in front of the mirror
You'll find someone in agony and in horror

That's the only person you can count on

You must learn to trust and believe in your self
There must be self reliance, before others can help

Help yourself to stand up and fight
No one can prosper if he lives in fright
