BESIDE YOU

I've been to paradise many times before
I've been to hell not once or twice but more
I've been to highest mountains like Everest
Still I couldn't say I what place is best

I've been to the deepest tunnel on Earth
I've been to Israel where Jesus was given birth
Still I couldn't feel I found the right place
Something inside me is ruled by emptiness

I got tired once and sat beside you
I feel I've found the place where I want to go
I am now sure I'll find happiness that's true
As long as I stay right beside you
