He is a friend and almost like a big brother
I enjoyed following his lead as we work together
He don't shout me orders like some tough drill sergeant
He request, he suggests and subtly gives me hint
Working with him is truly a privilege and a pleasure
He is a good team leader and very much mature
When knows when to get tough and knows when to be funny
Everyone just loved him he does things so easy
One day if I get promoted I want to be like him
A person you can count on through thick and thin
I'll stay as long as he is my boss in this company
I'm secure, I'm contented and very happy. Bow!
